Have you heard of Crafting Community? If the answer is yes, we’re betting you’re going again this year. If the answer is no, mark your calendars for the first weekend in October and let’s all go on vacation together!

So what is it? It’s a totally rad weekend of creativity, imagination, fitness, good food, and lots of delicious family time, all organized for you. You know, so you can actually go on vacation with your kids and not think for a second about what you’re going to do each day. You get to decompress, be inspired, play in the pool, roast s’mores, and make things together as a family. We think it’s completely brilliant and we couldn’t be more excited to be attending this year.

This year’s event is the culmination for 4 years of planning, starting with the first event that hosted just 20 families. This year the entire Ace Hotel in Palm Springs will be taken over by families like yours and ours as we all join together for a really fun, inspiring weekend. The ladies behind the event have really gone big this year on all levels so we know it’s going to be good. (Remember this cute LA baby shower we posted last week? Planned by Stacy!) Vacation is such a special part of family life, even more so when you know the place you’re headed will be set up perfectly for you and your kiddos.

Once you’re there you can do absolutely nothing (yay!) or participate in loads of thoughtful, creative activities waiting for you and your kids. Along with bigger sponsors, creative artisans (who are also parents!) will be there leading creative workshops that inspire both big and little people; Clare Vivier, Tanya Aguiñiga, CONFETTISYSTEM, Rene Holguin, Yellow Owl Workshop, and Rachel Craven to name a few.
