Magical garden 1st birthday

Magical garden first birthday

This first photo by Ruth Eileen Photography—such a sweet spread, no? Confetti-filled naked cakes are kinda the best for birthdays. Emily of mStarr design dreamt up the magical garden theme as inspired by Max’s fave book Love is a Tutu and filled it with whimsical, loosely ballet-themed elements throughout. Extra special that E was a dancer as a kid and even broke out her old pair of toe shoes for the occasion!

A first birthday time capsule is the very best kind, we think. Only slightly terrifying thinking of our little ones all grown up in 2034!

They also had some hand-cut blooms from their yard make up the decor and Wild Folk Studio worked their magic.
