We’re continuing our theme this week of AMAZING animal-themed birthdays here on Cakelet, with this gorgeous party Lisa of A Charming Fete planned for her older daughter’s 5th. Camille loves pigs and requested a pig party, which got Lisa’s creativity flowin’, cause you can’t just plan a boring old pig party! She put a fun, modern twist on the idea and turned it into a fancy girly “pignic”. Approved!

Love how she used Turkish towels as picnic blankets and napkins. And every lady-like picnic needs gold flatware.

Love the grown-up florals Lisa made for the party. Duh. There are peonies, so we like.

But maybe the most striking part is the huge paper garland installation. Isn’t it so lovely?

And the “paint your piggies” station is sooooo cute.

It’s a perfect girl’s party, if you ask us. And we love that Lisa was able to take her daughter’s request and make it something mama loves too. We’re right there with you, Lisa!
