]]> One surprise party for a teen is great, but having TWO birthday parties is pretty much a dream. This year, Tina Fussell’s tween daughter Hailey (from this spring birthday party), turned 13. She celebrated like most teens wish they could, twice. One party was with her friends, and the other with family, because like Tina says, I felt that seeing her grow into this amazingly gorgeous and kind soul was worth celebrating over and over.
