Hi, little dolly! My Motherhood Story is a session with Victoria Gloria that’s all about capturing your story in its truest light. She blends into your world with photography and interview that she then compiles into a one of a kind book.

It’s kind of like a day in your life as a mom, as the sessions last a half day at home or another special place to mama and child.

Victoria says, My inspiration for the book are the journals that my mother put together of my siblings and I. They’re your classic sticky paper 80s photo album with photographs of our childhood and little love letters that she wrote to us. I love the experience of going through my journal and reading her letters and seeing photographs. I want to help create the same experience for mothers and their children.

We really, realllly love the thinking of how each mom’s children will be able to flip through the book and read quotes from their mother when they get older. All the feels.

Yoga at home with My Yoga Works

One of the things that seems to slip down the priority list when you become a parent is definitely fitness. Let’s be honest, who has the time to take 2 hours for a yoga class at a local studio, while you’re balancing your children, possibly work, your home, and everything else the comes with the territory of life and parenthood.

It’s also been a really fun activity with our kiddos, as you can see from these photos. Children love to move and feel their bodies, to try different positions, and to do things with their mamas.

Even if you don’t have a large home, you can usually make space for a yoga mat. It might not be as luxurious as your favorite yoga studio, but it’s so nice to spend *all* of the time you have to yourself actually taking a class, instead of driving back and forth to the studio. We really can’t recommend it enough.
