When your little girl officially requests a *big girl room* for her birthday… Cue the tears! Dylan is coming up on her 10th b-day, so Abby of Beijos Events reimagined her bedroom with desert-inspired tones and lots of sweet corners for an almost-1o year old to cozy up in. (Leave it to Beijos to design an incredible room, right?! You can see all the kids parties this talented crew has dreamt up over the years here.) More photos by Dayna Studios below!

The new design began with a handcrafted weaving from The Northern Craft.

And a pretty Moroccan wedding blanket from Maven Collection.

Abby snagged the supplies for this floating shelf wall on Amazon and adorned it with framed photos from Minted.

The paper coloring wall is also something you can whip up via Amazon!

From the look of this fresh new design, you’d never know we’ve actually featured this nursery before, as a boy’s space! Yep, this room used to be Henry Theodore’s, mama Courtney’s firstborn. We adored the safari theme, and we sure love seeing how she has since transformed the bright, white space for little sister Bridget to cozy up in (and the photos of her, so super sweet, just wait). Thanks to Ariel Rose Photography, who captured the original space as well, for sharing the photos!

Courtney chose this gorgeous botanical wallpaper by Caitlin Wilson Design and the other bird-inspired details throughout in honor of her late grandmother. Keep scrolling to learn more…

Baby B, you are so precious!

Courtney says, The nursery was inspired by my late grandmother, who passed away unexpectedly when I was pregnant with Henry, our first. When we found out we were having a girl, we knew she’d be Bridget, a name my grandmother told me she loved before she passed. I knew the nursery would have to feature birds as my grandmother loved birds, and had bird figurines all over her house (one of her swans is now on Bridget’s shelf).

The rest of this fam’s aboode is pretty darn lovely too, yes?

Morning, mamas! How sweet is baby Arrow as captured by Corrina Walker? Don’t worry, we have a few more snaps of this precious bebe to go along with the cozy all-white boho nursery mama Eleni of Convey The Moment designed for him. You might remember the space Eleni styled up for her first little one, this shabby chic girls nursery. This time around, she knew she wanted to go a little more neutral with a hint of boho, boy or girl. Turned out to be such a lovely spot for Arrow to cuddle up with mama, papa and big sis in!

Is anything more fun for a mama than shopping for nursery art?!

BTW, the wallpaper is actually the same they used in their playroom, except this time they put it sideways for a shiplap effect. Clever!

Eleni knew she wanted the space to be all-white, except a few raw wood touches. She secured all the crates together for a bookshelf and extra storage.

Eleni says, I think it’s such a gift to create a space your kids can grow into. Where they will sit for hours reading books, playing with their toys and a safe comforting place to sleep at night. We agree!

The pop of color over the crib comes from maker Sweet Dreamers.
