K, this photo. Do we even need an intro? Let’s just say: prepare for the most colorful, vibrant, cheerful tropical themed baby shower you ever did see, all photographed by friend of mama to be, Jamie Lauren Photography. Natalie and Sean arrived at the name Brooklyn for baby girl while on surf trip to Tofino, BC, and finding out the name means ‘water’ really sealed the deal. SO meant to be, and such a good reason to throw a shower with all the island vibes.

Surfboard motifs were a must, obviously!

The mini surfboard sign they made got a special place in B’s nursery after the shower.

Jamie tells us, From the pineapple and flamingo cupcakes to the handmade tropical themed cookies, we wanted every detail to make you feel as though you were chasing sunshine on a tropical island. One of our favorite details were the ‘billabong’ style cookies with Brooklyn spelled out instead of the billabong logo. Rosanna from Love Sugar Cakes left us speechless with her cake. Her creative ability is beyond, and it tasted just as yummy as it looked! 

This one knows how to rock a theme, huh?
