Watermelon 1st birthday party
If all good party themes begin with puns (and, of course, they do), then we’re in for a treat with this “1 in a melon” first birthday. Hoping to inspire a summer of kiddo birthday parties, Gloria of CCL Weddings & Events teamed up with Modest Peach (behind all the specialty rentals you’ll see) to create this super fun watermelon party. Gloria and Jessica say, There were endless ways to incorporate the bright color palette (forest green, watermelon red, gold, and yellow), palm leaves, and of course, watermelon into all the details of the shoot. From the mocktail drink stirrers that were skewered with alphabet letter melon cutouts to fun-sized watermelon piñatas, our imaginations ran wild!
It always helps when you have the cutest little model as the birthday girl!
Merely Sweets whipped up the scrumptious cake + desserts
