Backyard baby shower by Dish Wish
There’s nothing we like more than an intimate backyard baby shower. What can we say? We’re California girls at heart. This cute party for the mama of twin boys, planned by Laura of Dish Wish, has us counting the days until full-blown summer arrives. Which will hopefully be next week. If we’re lucky.
Um, the most perfectest favors, ever!
Here’s a little about the shower inspiration from Laura:
“Inspired by the mother- to- be Katie’s personal style, we wanted to go for a warm, southwest meets bohemian meets Jenni Kayne vibe. To create the warm look we used Found Vintage Rentals for the tables, chairs and seating area. For the southwest we incorporated some basket weave into the vessels and decor. To make it a little more unexpected I sourced African Mud Cloth Fabric and DIY’d some napkins tied with some delicate hand made napkin rings to feminize the more masculine fabric. We wanted to do lots of plants rather than flowers to keep the synergy between the looks simple and clean. We used wooden, marble and matte white vessels.. Guests dined on Mexican fare and toasted to the upcoming birth of Graham & Luke!”
