Woodland fairy 5th birthday by Dulcet Creative
We’ve never wanted to go back in time to when we were little girls as much as we do now. And if we could, we’d be bff’s with Marley, the star fairy of this enchanted, woodland fairy 5th birthday party. Amber Thrane, mama, stylist, photographer and co-owner of Dulcet Creative dreamt up the party of our dreams, really. There is a lot of pretty to see, so let’s just jump into it.
We’ve seen plenty of mom-to-be’s in peacock chairs for their baby showers, but a five year old? Duh, of course! Cutest idea.
It’s extra cute when party favors go with the theme, no? These branch colored pencils are so fun.
We’ll chat about these amazing sweets in just a bit, but first- little girls in fairy wings….
Marley’s tulle dress is from Tutu Du Monde.
Carla Kays of Enchanting Blooms nailed it with the florals.
This is a good idea to steal, for future parties (or even afternoon snacks) right mamas? Fruit inside ice cream cones, yes.
That is definitely the prettiest scavenger hunt card we’ve ever seen. Handpainted by Honeyhue Paper Co. on Etsy (she also did the invitations).
Want to know what’s holding up those stacks of donuts? Paper towel holders! Genius.
That cake, by Cupcake Crush has got to be right up there with some of our favorite weddings cakes.
Marley, five looks amazing on you! Happy birthday sweet girl.

Lovely party ideas, except the floral on the wall. Doesnt work for me. Random clumps of fern...nope. How about just a couple of hanging ferns? They would look nicer and make more sense. Or even a garland made from all the bunches. The rest is lovely, even the cake, which didnt quite fit a "5 yr old birthday party". Sorry...just must be me, but some things just font quite fit.
