It’s always nice to hear from the mamas in the photos, yeah? Here’s a sweet little bit that Rachel wanted to share about her experience having this shoot with Lauren:

Our shoot was an absolute dream. The moment I found out I was having a baby girl I started dreaming up a photoshoot that I wanted to do with her that would be purely mom and babe bliss. Lauren is so amazing, I had her do my gorgeous maternity photos and knew without a doubt that I wanted her to photograph little Judeth once she was born. My family lives in Austin, but Jude and I made a special trip to Kentucky that had to include this photo session with Lauren that we had been talking about, planning, and getting giddy over for a few months. I wanted first, some lifestyle shots of just mama and babe at home and on the bed, just a glimpse into what some of our cuddle time looks like. Our next vision was a fairytale full of natural beauty, fresh flowers, a flowing dress, and a naked babe. I was so in love with the shoot before I even saw the photos and I am now and will forever be swooning over my girl, my love her, and the way Lauren captured that in still photographs for me to forever cherish.
