DIY confetti party hats
It should be mandatory to wear these confetti party hats made by Lauren Wells Events. It’s Friday after all. When you see how simple they are to make, we won’t be surprised if you make them when you got home from work today to celebrate the weekend ahead, you know? Or you can make them for your kiddo’s next birthday. Either way, they’re FUN.
Materials:
* Party Hats (To achieve a natural cardboard look as shown in the photos, they bought party store hats and just turned them inside out)
* Craft glue
* Paintbrush
* Confetti
Instructions:
1. Assemble the party hat.
2. Paint craft glue onto the top half of the hat – or wherever you would like the confetti to be!
3. Roll the hat in a pile of confetti. (The neon confetti was purchased from Knot & Bow. The pink confetti was handmade using crepe paper).
4. Shake off excess confetti, and let dry overnight.
5. Party!
Too cute, right? If you want to step it up a notch and get really fancy with it, pop over to 100 Layer Cake to see the super fab DIY floral party hats Lauren Wells is sharing over there.
