Cameron’s Firefighter 3rd birthday party
One of our first posts here on Cakelet came from Caroline Tran. Aww, memories. She shared her son Cameron’s colorful 2nd birthday and it was totally adorable. Do you remember those DIY Babybel cheese people she made?!
One of the excellent things about having children is they *keep* having birthdays, which means we get to see another cute party idea every year. Love that Caroline chose to celebrate his love of fire trucks with a Firefighter themed party. Couldn’t be more perfect for a 3 year old!
Instead of a cake, they had a Mille Crepe cake of 60 crepes stacked tall, with a simple DIY cake topper.
Caroline made the invites and the firetruck graphic that she used to print t-shirts for all of the little guests.
Love that Green Toys fire truck!
James of Food Hack TV prepared breakfast, including a little flambe demo where he set some crepes on fire and let Cameron put it out.
Cameron got to blow out the candles with a fire extinguisher!
Such a sweet boy’s birthday, Caroline! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. Annnnd good luck while you await the arrival of baby #2!
