My son is now ten and we are going through a whole new set of challenges with him that we haven’t faced before. You’d think we had this parenting thing licked by now but I can’t seem to keep up with the now sudden back talking, lying and sneaking, and selfish behaviours we’re encountering with our son. Does anyone have any suggestions for books on parenting older kids? On that note, I would love to see more posts that cater to older kids, even teenagers on the cakelet site. Let’s see some parties for 9 year olds, or sweet sixteens, prom photos etc. Let’s celebrate all stages of childhood and parenting.
