We’re continuing boy stuff with this fun moustache-themed shower by Laura Hooper Calligraphy, that she threw for her dear friend. The moustache theme runs deep at this party, but we also love the addition of the “build baby’s library” activity. You can’t possibly start your child’s life with too many books!
We’re guessing each guest brings a book to fill baby’s library. One of the best additions to a shower, if you ask us.
This cake totally wins. So fun.

What a gorgeous event for a lovely mama-to-be! The details are all perfect and I'm loving the mix of patterns and colors--especially the fringe, pops of gold, and that tablecloth!

It was an amazing shower hosted by my fabulous friends!! Everything was perfect. Every detail - from the invite, to the moustache straws and the books - made the day memorable and unique. They truly went above and beyond!

What an interesting theme...moustaches. The little black moustaches that adorned the straws, place cards, cake and even the entree's were what made it a polished event. The color scheme, kept simple, was very vibrant in nature with the use of patterns and. of course, the choice of turquoise blue. The colors played well against each other and made for a very energetic atmosphere...appropriate for a little baby boy! Also, I need to mention the caligraphy on the name tags, menus, and even the games. . It was a perfect style for the theme - curvy and bold. Well done!
