Hiya, mamas! It’s Kristina, one of the three ladies behind 100LC. Thought I’d share my own family photos with you all today, so you can get to know our 100 Layer Cake family a little better.

It’s really really really great to have friends in this industry. I wouldn’t ever deny that. Having professional photos taken of our family, and specifically our children, is so important to us. They’re small for only a few short and sweet years, and to have these photos to look back on when they are teenagers, well, it will be truly priceless. These little faces that we love so incredibly much, one day they are going to have whiskers!!! (Let’s not go there, mkay?)

Jamie Street followed us on an evening walk through the San Elijo Lagoon in Solana Beach a few weeks ago, and she captured a moment in our life as a family so beautifully. I love every single one so much, and there are so many more that I didn’t post. A whole book will be made of these alone. That’s for sure.

So, meet my family. My two boys, Dashiell and Forrest, and my husband Brock. We grew up in San Diego and visit fairly often. And I played in this lagoon with my brother for days when we were little ones, so it seemed like the perfect spot for some photos of my family now that I’m a mama.
