Since our children are still very young, we like to fill their baskets with natural goodies that we feel good about them eating on Easter morning. We figured there were plenty of moms out there with kids the same age, so thought we’d share some ideas for a nice, wholesome basket of treats for Spring.

We wrapped the handle of a simple basket from Michael’s with yarn to dress it up a bit. Super simple, but makes it seem a bit more special, no?

We included popcorn, dried cherries, and carrot muffins for snacks – all very popular around our houses. Cadbury eggs won’t be missed if they don’t know about them!

And added quality toys that our kids will play with for years. Wooden eggs, teeny animals, and a soft bunny.

We thought seeds would be fun to plant and watch grow with your kiddos, and simple slate chalkboard means hours (or at least minutes!) of scribbling.
