Carmen says, I wanted to document not only the beauty of an expecting mother but also the moments of this special time of my life as I know this is my last baby. I wanted the images to speak the emotions of joy and the anticipation of expecting a new life. The maternity photoshoot was inspired by the feather cape from Valencienne. I fell in love with this cape when I saw it in person at her store and it sets the tone of this styled photoshoot: angelic, dreamy and romantic, surrounded with florals and greenery.
