World’s cutest Halloween costume… Madeline in Paris!
So, did our DIY costume ideas last week get the inspo flowin’ for your kiddos’ Halloween costumes this year? Let’s just say, if you’re planning something as cute as this Madeline in Paris ensemble you are pretty much REQUIRED to coordinate a full-on photo shoot of your little one. (We don’t make the rules, K?) A zillion bonus points if you’re actually in France, like Juliane Berry, an American photog in Paris with her little dolly Emily.
Little E and her mama love reading the Madeline books. She also happens to be super into dress up. And so this series was born. We mean… Is there anything cuter?
Oh, BTW, you can even shop this Madeline exact dress and cape on Etsy, by Cat & Mouse Boutique. Here’s the direct link.
They shot all over Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg Gardens, and Notre Dame.
They even found a charming cobblestone street with colorful storefronts that perfectly matched her costume.
Best of all, Juliane captured everything on film, including a vintage Rolleiflex (the original of which debuted just around the first Madeline story was published, FYI!).
So perfectly executed, J. Mamas, grab the sources for the Madeline outfit below…
